Engineer. Developer. Doer.

I am Julius Launhardt. I help small and mid-sized companies get more out of their processes, and I build the solutions myself.

Portrait of Julius Launhardt

Why I work the way I do

I studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich. There I learned to think from the result backwards: a solution is only good once it works in everyday use.

[Career path in two or three sentences: positions, roles, key experience.]

Today I advise companies on AI, automation and digitalisation, and take on responsibility for a defined period when a project needs leadership. As a developer I build much of it myself, so you get advice and delivery from one person.

My standard is simple: I tell you honestly what pays off, and together we look past the hype to where things actually work.

  • Straight talk. I tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
  • Results, not PowerPoint. I measure myself by systems that run, not by presentations.
  • Full attention. Few clients at a time, and 100% commitment to each project.
  • Privacy built in. European providers where it makes sense. GDPR from the start, without slowing your project down.

At a glance

  • Mechanical engineer, Technical University of Munich
  • Full-stack developer focused on web, databases and automation
  • Founder of several companies
  • Committed advocate of European technology and data sovereignty
  • Volunteer firefighter

How we work together

  1. Intro call

We talk about your goals and where you stand today. 30 minutes, no obligation.

  2. Analysis and cost-benefit

I look at your processes and work out honestly what pays off and what does not.

  3. Delivery

Prototype first, then step by step into production. With progress you can see.

  4. Handover and operation

Documented, secure and set up so your team can run it independently.

Let’s get to know each other.

In the intro call you hear how I think, and I understand what you are planning.
